🦋 Little Wings: For Children & Young People

Supporting young minds as they cope with the impact of brain injury—whether their own or a loved one’s.

At Wings of Hope, we understand that brain injury doesn’t just affect the individual — it touches the whole family, especially children and teens. Little Wings is a safe, gentle space designed just for them. Here, children and young people can learn, express, and feel supported in age-appropriate ways.

🦋 Activities & Worksheets

Fun, creative, and calming printables designed to help children understand brain injury and its effects. These activity packs include:

  • Brain & Body Awareness: Easy explanations and exercises to understand how brain injury can affect thinking, emotions, and physical health.
  • Emotional Expression: Art, journaling, and mindfulness activities to help children name and manage feelings.
  • Sensory & Relaxation Tools: Calming techniques and sensory-friendly exercises to support self-regulation.

All activities are developed with input from child psychologists and brain injury specialists.
